What Is Chakra Yogic Meditation ?
It focuses on 7 Chakra points of the body. Each point is a referral point
in the body. Each Chakra has a different energy also. (i.e. grounding)
And finally the chakra’s also have a tone. Your voice is used as a vibrational tone to connect with the breath and all points within the body.
Classes will focus on the breath/visualization and the voice.
The more balanced our energetic system is, the more relaxed and grounded
we are. The more we radiate health in all levels of ourselves. It’s about taking back your breath, slowing it down and going inward to calm the body.

Paula has been doing energy work for over 10 years with reiki and meditation.
In the last 4 years she has taken great interest in Chakra Yogic Mediation. A practice that has taken her to a place of healing and peace.
She believes this form of mediation is beneficial for all walks of life and can improve a grounding centred sense of peace and well being with this practice.
